Referring to despatch No.299 of 2nd August,

1933, from Sir Philip Cunliffe-Lister (now Lord Swinton),

I have the honour to forward a statement showing the

calculation of the Military Contribution of this Colony

for the year 1935.

2. The total payments made on account of 1935

exceed the amount payable by $306,809.10, and I propose

to adjust the matter by deduction of this amount from the

monthly remittance for May in respect of Military

Contribution for 1936.
